Terms of Service

1. Services
Yatiraj Technologies Private Limited provides technology consulting, software development, AI engineering, and cloud architecture services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separately agreed Statement of Work (SoW).
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, all intellectual property created specifically for a client engagement is assigned to the client. Yatiraj retains ownership of any pre-existing IP, frameworks, tools, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available and will be executed before any sensitive technical information is shared.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each Statement of Work. Fixed-fee engagements are typically structured with a milestone-based payment schedule. Time and Materials engagements are invoiced monthly. All invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yatiraj Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
