HOW WE WORK
A process designed to eliminate the surprises that kill projects.
Enterprise buyers have been burned by vendors who disappeared after the handover. By consultants who over-promised and under-delivered. We have designed our engagement model specifically to prevent this.
THE PROCESS
Five stages. Zero black boxes.
DISCOVERY
Discovery Call & Requirements Workshop
WHO'S INVOLVED
Your stakeholders meet our Founder and Lead Engineer.
WHAT HAPPENS
A focused 45-minute conversation — or a deeper 2-hour requirements workshop for larger engagements. We ask the questions that need to be asked before a line of code is written.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Clarity on whether Yatiraj is the right fit. No pitch. No deck. Just an honest assessment.
45 min – 2 hours
PROPOSAL
Technical Architecture & Proposal
WHO'S INVOLVED
Our Solutions Architect prepares a scoped engagement plan.
WHAT HAPPENS
We document the technical architecture, define the scope, and present a fixed-fee or T&M estimate with milestone structure. IP assignment and NDA are included as standard.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Detailed Statement of Work · Pricing (fixed-fee or T&M) · IP Assignment Clause · Project Kickoff Date
3–5 business days
DELIVERY
Agile Delivery with Bi-weekly Reviews
WHO'S INVOLVED
Your team and ours, aligned in the same workflow.
WHAT HAPPENS
Two-week sprints. Every sprint ends with a client-facing review — live demo, feedback, next sprint goals. You use Jira or Linear. We integrate. Async updates via Slack or Teams. Loom for complex explanations.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Working software every two weeks · Clear progress visibility · No black-box development
As defined in SoW
QUALITY
QA, UAT & Staged Deployment
WHO'S INVOLVED
Joint review with your team before anything reaches production.
WHAT HAPPENS
Every feature is tested against defined acceptance criteria before it reaches your users. User Acceptance Testing is structured with clear pass/fail criteria. Staged deployment: staging → production.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Tested, accepted software · Production deployment plan · Rollback strategy
1–2 weeks per major release
HYPERCARE
Hypercare Support & Knowledge Transfer
WHO'S INVOLVED
We stay until you are genuinely in control.
WHAT HAPPENS
Post-launch, we provide a defined hypercare period — daily monitoring, rapid response to issues, and systematic knowledge transfer to your internal team. We don't disappear on go-live day.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Post-launch support SLA · Documentation · Internal team training · Architecture handover
2–4 weeks post-launch

FAQ
Common questions.
What time zones do you work in?
Our team operates in IST (Indian Standard Time). We maintain consistent overlap with GMT (9am–1pm IST overlap) and EST (6:30pm–10:30pm IST overlap). All client reviews and calls are scheduled at times that work for you.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs at the first conversation, before any technical details are shared. IP assignment is included as standard in all engagement contracts.
What is the minimum engagement size?
Our engagements typically start at $10,000 (or equivalent). For Dedicated Team engagements, pricing is per-engineer per month. We are happy to discuss project scope in the discovery call.
How do you handle communication?
You get a named point of contact for every engagement. We use Slack or Microsoft Teams for async communication, Jira or Linear for sprint tracking, and Loom for async video explanations of complex decisions.
Can I start with a smaller engagement before committing to a larger one?
Yes. All of our Signature Offerings (AI PoC Sprint, Discovery Sprint, Cloud Audit, etc.) are designed as low-risk, defined-scope engagements that let you evaluate working with us before committing to a full project.
