WHY I STARTED YATIRAJ
The name “Yatiraj” is a title held by Sri Ramanujacharya — the 11th-century philosopher whose teachings form the bedrock of Vishishtadvaita Vedanta. It translates as “foremost among the disciplined” — one who has mastered knowledge and placed it entirely in service of others.
I have spent over a decade in enterprise technology. In that time, I noticed a consistent pattern: the organizations that struggled most with technology weren't failing because of bad engineers. They were failing because their technology partners were incentivised to sell complexity, not solve problems.
Yatiraj exists to be a different kind of partner. One where the measure of success is whether the client's business is materially better after the engagement than before it. Not whether the project was delivered on time. Not whether the scope was technically completed. Whether it actually moved the needle.

2019–2021
Software Engineer — Insurance Sector
Worked as a software engineer on enterprise legacy system modernisation for an insurance company. Gained deep exposure to large-scale financial data systems, complex business logic, and the challenges of modernising mission-critical applications without disrupting operations.
2021–2022
Senior Engineer
Moved into senior engineering roles, leading delivery of enterprise software systems across domains. Began working extensively with .NET Core, cloud architecture, and AI integration.
2022–2023
Solutions Architect & AI Engineer
Designed enterprise cloud architectures on Azure and AWS. Delivered RAG-based AI systems and automation solutions for clients across public sector, sports, and technology industries.
2023–2024
Independent Technology Consultant
Worked directly with founders and CTOs to solve complex technology challenges — from mass document generation platforms to live event systems. Identified a consistent gap: organisations needed senior, principled engineering partners, not agencies.
